A Night at the Aquarium – GIS Showcase at Maui Ocean Center

UH Maui College will be presenting “A NIGHT AT THE AQUARIUM: GIS Certificate Showcase”, a free, public event hosted by UHMC’s Certificate of Competence GIS in Ecosystem Management Program, the University of Hawai’i, & the Maui Ocean Center.
Check out the UHMC Student Mapping Projects on coral bleaching, landfill expansion, Maui County solar power potential, fire ant hot spots, and more!
Families are encouraged to check out the National Geographic Pacific Ocean Map, a 36′ x 20′ giant interactive geospatial educational experience for Hawai’i students being presented by the MEDB Women In Technology Project!
